this year i wanted to make little edits to show my appreciation for some of the very very cool people i've created oc relationships with; happy valentine's day! here's to @unfortunate-arrow, @cursebreakerfarrier, @endlessly-cursed, & @potionboy3

• who believes in love at first sight? meeks started to believe once he entered the diner frankie worked in and saw her.

• who started liking the other first? that would be meeks too, but it didn't take frankie too long to start liking him too.

• who is more likely to suggest a romantic, candle-lit dinner? meeks is the romantic here.

• who’s behind the wheel more often during road trips? frankie is the driver, meeks is the passenger princess and navigator.

• who sets up the tent and who gathers firewood during a camping trip? leave setting up the tent to the architect-in-training, frankie's fine with gathering the firewood.

• who hooks bait during a fishing trip? who catches more fish? frankie hooks the bait, meeks get to catch more fish usually.

• who insists on learning how to ballroom dance? frankie would suggest learning, meeks would sign them up for a class.

• who goes all out on the other’s birthday? frankie loves organising birthday parties.

• who sings louder while cooking? while showering? frankie is known for breaking into a song mid-task. she could swear she heard meeks from the shower, though.

• who teases the other for said singing? once she hears it, she does tease him about it for a while.

• who insists on checking their zodiac sign compatibility every so often? frankie thinks it's silly, meeks checked one or twice in the beginning.

• who drags the other to fortune tellers at fairs? frankie's usually the one dragging meeks places.

• who would carry who over the doorstep of a new home? meeks carries frankie, although she wouldn't be herself if she didn't at least try to carry him too.

• who believes in love at first sight? winnie for sure doesn't. not in a bad way, but she's been surrounded by examples in her family that love grows out of friendship or even rivalry in her parents' case, so she knows those things take time.

• who started liking the other first? I feel like that would be toby. in the beginning, winnie is too caught up in the new york drama, and she doesn't even notice when she develops feelings for toby.

• who is more likely to suggest a romantic, candle-lit dinner? toby strikes me like the one who'd suggest it.

• who’s behind the wheel more often during road trips? winnie feels much safer when toby is the one behind the wheel.

• who sets up the tent and who gathers firewood during a camping trip? usually, winnie sets up the tent and toby gathers the firewood, though they can switch up easily, they are both used to travelling, so it's not a big deal for them to do either.

• who hooks bait during a fishing trip? who catches more fish? winnie wouldn't really enjoy fishing much, let alone hooking the bait. she wouldn't mind chilling on a boat in the middle of the lake, though.

• who insists on learning how to ballroom dance? I feel like both of them would know how to ballroom dance to some degree, considering the times they live in, but winnie would want to learn how to swing when it becomes popular.

• who goes all out on the other’s birthday? they both come from loving families that treat birthday celebrations seriously, so they always go all out for each other as well.

• who sings louder while cooking? while showering? they sing duets while cooking, especially later when the kids are around.

• who teases the other for said singing? they tease each other for other stuff, but not really for singing.

• who insists on checking their zodiac sign compatibility every so often? winnie as she inherited some part of her father's interest in astrology.

• who drags the other to fortune tellers at fairs? winnie, she thinks it's harmless fun.

• who would carry who over the doorstep of a new home? toby would be carrying winnie over the doorstep.

Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them OC: Adela "Della" Everhart

Della is an American witch, working for the MACUSA during the 1920s and 30s. She investigated Grindlewald's actions during his rise to power. She spent some time undercover as a singer in a speakeasy frequented by Grindlelwald's followers. In Ilvermony, Della was sorted into Thunderbird. She enjoys singing and a stiff drink.

Did some loose sketching while watching Prisoner of Azkaban a while back. Really liked how this turned out so I cleaned it up a bit and turned it into a fake screenshot thing. Not too sure of the context behind this scene, but Newt is not too happy about nearly becoming a werewolf snack!

Think this is the first time I’ve truly drawn Icarus’s werewolf form! He’s a bit of a scrawny lycanthrope, so he utilizes his agility and wit rather than brute strength.

Might need to turn up your brightness to see the background detail!

Anton Vogel & Alexej Kavinsky | WWI & Fantastic Beasts era

Minister Anton Vogel was a German wizard who, in the early 1930s, was the German Minister for Magic and, concurrently, the Supreme Mugwump of the International Confederation of Wizards. His term as Supreme Mugwump ended in 1932, setting the stage for the contended election that was held that year. He was also a secret supporter of Gellert Grindelwald and assisted him with his dark activities, while displaying an innocent facade to the rest of the wizarding world.

Alexej is his son who later takes his mother's name to keep his father's relations towards the anti-muggle movement hidden. Vogel raised Alexej to despise the muggle community and follow his lead and actions. Alexej eventually decides against his views and chooses his own destiny. He follows his father's career from afar not being part of his life.
